I don't know, that's why I'm asking.

I'm usually good at figuring things out. Usually. Not all the time, but most times.
Lately there's something, rather someone, I can't figure out and it bugs me because I really want to solve the puzzle Wheel o' Fortune style.

There's a guy on campus that I see all the time. He's sort of cute, but he likes to jump from places and startle me. He doesn't say hello, ever. But he does this thing where he HAS to walk in front of me or else he literally jumps from behind a wall or truck or door RIGHT in front of me.

I'm almost 40 years old...I don't remember how this game goes from elementary school and I need to figure out WHY he keeps startling me.
